$45 per 15 minutes – Standard Medical Billing Rate
(applies to PIP and insurance claims)

$35 per 15 minutes – Time-of-Service Rate
(self-pay at appointment)

A referral or prescription from a licensed physician or chiropractor is required for insurance or PIP billing.
Time-of-service discounts apply only to self-pay clients.
